One person. One portrait. One story.

What to Expect
Portrait sessions will be short, relaxed and conversational in nature, taking about an hour or so, of your time. 

I am a Dunedin, New Zealand based photographer, Noel Jhinku. Most of my portraits are taken outdoors in natural light, however indoor settings can also work, if you prefer. It can be somewhere that you feel comfortable, or somewhere that holds meaning for you.

Participation is completely voluntary and free of charge. Before, or after, the portrait session we can have a brief chat about your life that will help form your story. Not everyone is comfortable talking about their life, so this is optional, but encouraged.

After the session, you'll receive digital copies of the chosen photographs taken during your portrait session.

Where Will Your Portrait and Story Be Published
Your portrait and story will join others as part of the Version 78 collection on this website, and shared through the Version 78 social media channels.

Over time, the collection will bring together people who may never have crossed paths otherwise,  and build a series of portraits and stories that will help to inspire others.
